Our Project Manager will:-

• Engage with your move representative to gain an understanding of your day-to-day operations and build a plan accordingly
• He/she will then prepare and present the move plan
• Appointing and co-ordinating appropriate skilled trades, if necessary?
• Provide daily on-site attendance overseeing the move beside our senior move managers
• Identify and manage any risks
• Carry out handover of move upon completion
