In today’s electronic world, data can be more valuable than your company’s actual goods or services, which is why you should make it a priority to create backups of all sensitive information. Computers are fickle machines, and hard drive failure can happen without any other obvious damage to the device. By making backups of important files, you create a hefty insurance policy to protect your company against a significant loss. If possible, upload your data to a cloud-based server so you can still access it before the relocation is complete.

Once you have taken care of backing up important data our teams of IT techs will take care of the careful packing of IT equipment and peripherals. Firstly, we log the position of IT equipment and accompanying peripherals to enable us to re-commission in a like for like position. Specialist IT crates will be provided to safely stow your equipment once equipment has been carefully packed using bespoke materials, including anti-static screen protectors. Once equipment is safely packed, they will be labelled and sealed using numbered security seals. A record of each crate will be logged on our move software, so that we can identify its location at any required time.
